They finished our kitchen remolding, interior painting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. They Repaired our floors and added a new beam to open up our great room. We did a laundry room remodel, and turned our old laundry room into a mud room. We pulled up the old vinyl flooring and Paul with Pine State Contracting did a beautiful herringbone pattern with the tile we picked out. He consulted with us on the grout color because we had no idea which way to go with all the different colors in the tile. I could not be happier with the result! Nick and Paul were outstanding carpenters. Their workmanship is incredibly solid, and it shows in every detail. They were respectful, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in their work. It honestly felt like they treated our home as if it were their own. Oleg, our project manager, was excellent from start to finish. As additional issues were uncovered along the way, we were always given clear explanations and multiple options, never pressure. Every change order was handled professionally and in a timely manner, and the communication throughout the process was seamless. A special mention to Paul, the owner of Pine State Contracting, whose constant professionalism set the tone for the entire project. His involvement and follow-through gave us complete confidence in his team and the sub-contractors that were a part of our project. The quality, communication, and care from this team went above and beyond. I had a kitchen /family room renovation that went on for several months . After several mistakes and errors, I realized the contractor I hired didn’t know what he was doing. It was apparent to me he was unqualified to do the job and then quit and left me with a mess. It took a while to find the right people to undo what he did and repair the damages and put my kitchen back together. Pine State Construction came to my rescue. Paul came out and we talked through everything for 2.5 hours; discussing everything that needed to be done. He was very professional and sympathetic. Paul sent men who knew what they were doing- they were careful, patient and gave me the kitchen of my dreams. They exceeded my expectations and it’s flawless. Nick especially worked long hours to fix and make repairs. His skills are tremendous. Oleg addressed all the imperfections. He ordered new cabinet door's and materials to replace wrong sizes/ improper installation’s, promising me the work would be done the right way and they did. Every appliance was installed wrong and Oleg made sure it was corrected. Oleg was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. I couldn’t be happier with their work. I highly recommend Pine State.
